COM-HPC server carrier and starter kit
The Ampere Altra Dev Kit consists of a COM-HPC Server Base carrier, a COM-HPC Server Type Size E module, and a fan-equipped heat sink. The module features the Ampere Altra SoC (based on Arm Neoverse N1 architecture) with 32/64/80/96/128 Arm v8.2 64-bit cores (up to 1.7/2.2/2.6/2.8/2.6GHz) and supports up to 768GB of DDR4 memory, delivering unprecedented performance and power per watt, along with excellent scalability. Three PCIe x16 Gen4 lanes provide a seamless accelerated heterogeneous architecture ideal for autonomous driving, AI, robotic surgery, and transportation. This powerful and versatile platform maximizes the potential of your projects. A dedicated IPMB and PCIe x1 lane connect not only to the remote management BMC but also to the shelf manager on the carrier. Devices can be easily monitored out of band.
