Our company is developing the regional agricultural revitalization project "Hassaku Project," utilizing the key ingredient "orapten" from Hassaku. We process orapten extracted from the skin of Hassaku to make it easier to develop various products. We anticipate a wide range of product development, including beverage juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, jellies, jams, and candies.
