Can adjust the current limit of the laser diode. Remote TTL shutdown/interlock is possible. Compact size. The LDTC series from Wavelength Electronics is a very convenient module that integrates an LD driver and a temperature controller. The temperature controller is set by default to a 10k ohm thermistor at 1V for 25°C. However, these can be adjusted by the customer. The LD driver side can operate in constant current mode and constant power mode (LD TYPE A, B). This integrated product is user-friendly and is used in various laser application environments such as medical, remote sensing, and defense.
