We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of the production management system "Leap Repetitive Production Type" at Hikari Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Before the implementation, there were issues such as being unable to grasp the current status of whether tasks were incomplete or completed, as the input and output management of forms was done by customer and by person in charge. By implementing our production management system and visualizing the data, it became possible to understand the current status of each department and each person in charge, allowing for information sharing.
