We will round and finish the urethane with a hardness of 90 through lathe processing. The rolls are roughly shaped by casting and then processed on the lathe to achieve precision.
Urethane rubber has excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. 90° has high hardness and can also be bonded to a core. We also accept inquiries regarding coloring and hardness.
