We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a cleaning machine and bottle washer. We created an external cleaning machine for vials aimed at cleaning the outer surface of vials after pharmaceutical filling. The cleaning process is divided into four steps: chemical cleaning, DIW cleaning, water droplet removal, and wiping/drying.
