• Filling and bottling machines

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a cleaning machine and bottle washer. We created an external cleaning machine for vials aimed at cleaning the outer surface of vials after pharmaceutical filling. The cleaning process is divided into four steps: chemical cleaning, DIW cleaning, water droplet removal, and wiping/drying. We would like to introduce an example of our inspection equipment and devices that we have manufactured. The tray image inspection device supplies containers stacked 40 high, cuts them out, transports them on a conveyor for inspection, and then re-stacks the good products back into a pile of 40 for discharge. The inspection results are aggregated and displayed, and optionally, they can be sent to a computer via RS-232C.
