Urethane can be freely molded by pouring it into a mold. Lining for irregular-shaped fittings will be handled with a dedicated mold.
Urethane rubber has excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. We will create a custom mold tailored to the fittings and lining positions and proceed with casting. Finishing can be done through cutting, machining, and other secondary processes to shape the product.
