The GEN2 series has evolved further from the GEN1 series. It features a super junction structure that exceeds the characteristic limits of silicon limits. While new materials for power semiconductors are emerging, we have developed GEN2 with a commitment to the idea that we can still "evolve characteristics" by reducing the PN pitch even with existing silicon materials.
