Integrated device for solid-liquid separation, cleaning, dewatering, and compression: "Spiral Sieve NSI"
Solid-liquid separation - a complete process from discharge of recovered materials! Suitable for various applications: food, meat, paper and pulp, livestock, wastewater treatment, sludge, waste, etc.
The wastewater/drainage device "Spiral Sieve NSI-T/NSI-T/D" is an integrated unit for screening, conveying, washing, and compressing that uses a shaftless spiral conveyor. The compact and robust spiral sieve is integrated into a stainless steel receiving tank, regardless of the presence of a dewatering zone. Fluid flows into a screen basket that is open on the inlet side, capturing solids larger than the diameter of the punching holes or the width of the slots. The brushes are divided into individually replaceable segments, allowing for quick and cost-effective maintenance. 【Features】 ■ Screening and dewatering handled by one unit ■ Easy to retrofit ■ Hygienic stainless steel ■ Flanged inlet and drainage connection ■ High operational reliability with no clogging or fiber entanglement, and no pressure applied to the screen surface ■ No water required in the pressurization zone *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
