No AI training is required from customers. You can start using it immediately with just a simple setup. By combining high-precision defect detection AI with size and quantity checking AI, we can automate various types of visual inspections. ■ Compatible with KEYENCE's LJ-X8000 series We have made it compatible with KEYENCE's LJ-X8000 series, which collects height information using lasers. This allows for the automation of inspections for products that were previously difficult to capture with area cameras, such as rubber materials that absorb light and glossy materials that cause light to scatter. ■ Automatic reduction of false positives False positives, where normal parts are mistakenly judged as defective, are an unavoidable issue in AI inspections. By using the new features in V1.16, you can automatically generate data effective for reducing false positives, thereby reducing the labor required for AI creation.
