With the stirring blades arranged on the non-uniform speed twin shafts, it is possible to efficiently mix and granulate even highly adhesive materials. The scraping action between the two shafts reduces sticking and achieves labor-saving maintenance.
The Shin-Nichinan "Mixing and Granulating Machine" has been developed based on the know-how of the "Dough Mixer," which has over 2,500 units in operation. The mixing machine "Dough Mixer PX Type" features a diverse paddle configuration (multiple patents obtained) with a spiral arrangement of single/double rows on two shafts (unequal speed two shafts) with different rotational speeds. This design ensures a self-cleaning effect that consistently works, allowing for efficient mixing and compaction effects even with highly adhesive materials. Additionally, this mechanism overcomes the shaft breakage caused by repeated stress, which is unavoidable in equal-speed two-shaft systems.
