It is specifically designed for hole diameters ranging from φ0.8 (0.5) to 6.0, which are in high demand for medical instruments, and it realizes high-precision and high-quality deep hole machining for extremely small diameters and workpieces exceeding an L/D ratio of 200, which were difficult to achieve with conventional small-diameter deep hole machining machines. Models with larger hole diameters are specialized for diameters ranging from φ4 to 13.
