The "XD6239 Series" is a high-speed LDO regulator that achieves high precision, low noise, high ripple rejection, and low dropout. It consists of a reference voltage source, error amplifier, driver FET, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, and inrush current prevention circuit, among others.
