The "XC6705 Series" is a high-speed regulator IC using a CMOS process that achieves high precision and high ripple rejection while consuming only 1.2μA of low current. Internally, it consists of a reference voltage source, error amplifier, P-channel driver FET, current limiting circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, phase compensation circuit, and more.
