Using the carrier services provided by SoftBank, we acquire and save not only the voice of service contract users' calls but also their phone number information onto a hard disk. The saved audio files can be searched and played back using a web browser on the client computer. ● Compatible with SoftBank's "Call Recording Service." By receiving the audio data stored on the "Call Recording Service" server, it is possible to search and play back. ● The hardware offering "VR-MP110S SV" allows for recording of up to 250 channels. For more than 250 channels, the software offering "VR-MP110S" can support up to 2,000 channels. ● Audio data search and playback can be operated via a web browser. No additional license is required. ● By registering additional information such as the owner's name and display name (e.g., department name) for mobile phone numbers, it becomes possible to search using the registered information.
