Conventional organic solvent-based coatings require a thermal drying and curing process after application due to their boiling points ranging from 100°C to 130°C. Our "Fluorinated Conformal Coating" utilizes low-boiling fluorinated solvents, allowing for room temperature drying, thereby eliminating the need for thermal drying processes and significantly contributing to the reduction of fossil fuel usage and carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, it is more resistant to temperature changes and offers superior long-term durability compared to traditional coatings for automotive applications, meeting international standards (IPC-CC-830).
