The new product, Shake Gel, is a two-component silicone gel that cures at room temperature. Mixing is completed in one bottle, and it can be injected directly into the target object. Mixing time is reduced by 50% compared to conventional products, and curing time is also shortened. After curing, it can be disassembled by hand. It is translucent, allowing for visual inspection of the interior. It is versatile for emergency work and tasks at heights. It achieves high electrical insulation and waterproof performance with simple operations. Once the gel is filled, it blocks moisture, preventing internal condensation. By mixing and injecting it into electrical equipment connection points, the performance of the connections can be easily enhanced. It can be filled in junction boxes and pull boxes, preventing water ingress and corrosion due to internal condensation for critical equipment.
