The "Philiform MD3" from Philiform Corporation is a product that offers better insertability of urethane blocks and workability of resin injection compared to other companies' waterproofing materials. It has water and gas tightness, preventing the intrusion of water and gases. It is a kit consisting of special circular urethane blocks and polyurethane resin, eliminating the need to wrap urethane around cables. 【Performance】 ● It has high waterproof and airtight properties (gas resistance) with a pressure resistance of 1 atmosphere (1 bar). ● Passed airtightness tests after 240 hours of vibration testing at 10 Hz with a vibration amplitude of 3 mm. ● Can be used interchangeably with multiple sizes of piping. ● Excellent heat resistance (maximum operating temperature of 120°C). ● Resistant to sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide. ● Resistant to gasoline and diesel fuel. ● Resistant to radon gas. ● Resistant to rodents. ● The resin begins to cure chemically after about 30 seconds of mixing, and expansion starts after about 95 seconds. ● The resin completes its expansion in about 8 to 10 minutes and reaches a non-tacky state within 15 minutes. ● The compressive strength of the cured resin is over 60 N/cm³. ● No special tools are required, allowing for easy and quick work. ● Optionally, fire-resistant MD sealant can be filled on the surface. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
