The "Philosil Plus HD FIRE" from Philiform Co. provides easy and quick installation along with excellent waterproof airtightness and fire resistance. The airtight pressure resistance is a high specification of 2 bar (2 atmospheres). It has passed the fire resistance test specified by BS EN standard 1336-3 for 2 hours (up to 4 hours). With fewer components, it can be installed with simple work. It is resistant to chemical agents, hydrogen sulfide, methane, and other gases. High-quality waterproof airtight installation of conduits can be achieved without requiring specialized skills. 【Features】 ● Used for waterproof airtight fire resistance of conduit cables ● Suitable for conduit inner diameters from φ80mm to φ250mm ● Composed of hexagonal blocks and a one-component compound ● Includes cleaner, sandpaper, disposable gloves, and other items in the kit ● Applicable to single-core and multi-core wiring, as well as CVT cables, and can be installed in horizontal and vertical sections ● The hexagonal block provides a tensile strength of 100kg at the cable penetration point ● The one-component compound has excellent adhesion to cables and conduits ● The materials are flexible, absorbing conduit vibrations and cable contractions ● Harmless to the human body and does not use metals, preventing rust formation ● Can be disassembled
