Utilize existing molding equipment as is. Biomass plastic with high moldability, such as injection molding, PP-based. Samples available from 25 kg.
This is a biomass plastic compounded with starch and based on PP. It can be used for injection molding, extrusion molding, and blow molding. You can use your existing molding equipment as is, so no new capital investment is required. Coloring is also possible. It achieves a biomass content of up to 60%. By replacing existing petroleum-based plastics, it contributes to decarbonization. Sample materials for testing are available starting from 25 kg. There are grades that have obtained the biomass mark from JORA (Japan Organic Resources Association). There are also grades that comply with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's No. 370 test. Customization is possible according to your needs.

We propose bioplastics that can be utilized for decarbonization and SDGs initiatives. We compound starch and shell powder with a variety of base resins such as ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, PC, and PA. We customize the biomass content and physical properties according to the application. We can contribute to CO2 reduction by replacing disposable products with biomass plastics for industrial and agricultural use. We manufacture resins at our group company, VASU Networks' factory in China, ensuring a reliable supply chain. We also have samples available for prototyping in stock within Japan.
