Visualizing the operations of the testing room - NuGenesis LMS
NuGenesis LMS
Visualizing the series of flows in examination operations.
When the person planning the testing operations is different from the one executing them, or when multiple people are involved, managing a series of flows on paper can be cumbersome and time-consuming when dealing with issues. NuGenesis LMS addresses these challenges by integrating and managing information across all phases of the testing operations that proceed through the following flow: 1. Request for Testing Register samples and set necessary tests, responsible personnel, deadlines, etc. Once the settings are complete, sample labels and test instructions are automatically generated. The status of samples and tests can be checked in real-time. ↓ 2. Conducting Tests and Automatic Input of Results The test personnel conduct the tests based on the test instructions. Test results are directly input from measuring instruments via network or electronic media. ↓ 3. Evaluation of Results Individual results are evaluated against pre-set standards. ↓ 4. Approval of Results The scope of operations can be limited based on permissions set for each user, and approvals are also conducted based on these permissions. ↓ 5. Issuance of Reports Once the results are approved, reports are automatically generated. Forwarding to email is also possible.
