Real-time monitoring of the operating status from each device is connected to the PLC via a monitor. By connecting the PLC and PLC display unit to the network master (wireless base station), you can check the operating status of the equipment. The PLC display unit can display up to 32 devices with the following features: 1. Operating status of the equipment (processing, abnormal stop, standby, maintenance). 2. Operating summary display for each device (processing time, abnormal stop time, number of occurrences, maintenance time, setup time, standby time) is standard. 3. The PLC and PLC display unit can be customized by the user. 4. By understanding the operating status, it is possible to grasp production capacity. 5. Terminal settings can be done without a PC. 6. A system can be implemented that is not affected by Wi-Fi due to the 920 MHz wireless frequency.
