This is a thermal ionization mass spectrometer (TIMS) primarily used for isotope ratio analysis (IRMS) of metal elements. 【Specifications and Hardware Information】 - Position-variable multi-collector system: Capable of simultaneous detection with up to 16 detectors. - Standard equipped with a sample magazine that can hold 21 samples. - Supports negative ionization: Allows for approaches to isotope ratio analysis that are difficult with conventional methods. - Virtual amplifier system: Cancels individual differences in detector amplifiers, enabling high-precision measurements. - Dynamic range upper limit of 50 V (when equipped with a 10^11 Ω amplifier): Supports measurements across a wide range of signal intensities. - Dynamic zoom mechanism: Adapts to various analyses through ion beam convergence and diffusion. - Capable of mounting an amplifier with a 10^13 Ω resistor for ultra-trace measurements: Significantly reduces the required sample amount to less than half of conventional methods. Calibration of gain and response speed via software is possible. - Can be equipped with up to two high abundance filters: Supports ultra-trace isotope applications such as 90Sr, 234U, and 236U.
