The "One Stroke, Two Actions" design boasts a logical structure that allows for the simultaneous completion of two tasks: sealing and printing, all in one motion. It is a very simple sealer that enables a single packaging seal operator to visually check the seal position and perform heat sealing at the same time, all at their own pace. Because it is not an automatic packaging machine, it can be operated by just one person, saving space and allowing for immediate use from the day it is installed. This makes it easy for anyone to achieve beautiful and reliable packaging. Moreover, since the alignment of the seal position is done visually, even without large inspection equipment, it is easy to spot sealing and printing defects on the spot. For the printing method, movable type is set inside the heat plate bar. This method is the main feature of our "Bag Sealer Series" with date printing. A space is provided in the center of the heat plate bar (heater block) to accommodate the necessary movable type (such as expiration dates and numbers), allowing for the simultaneous completion of sealing and printing in a groundbreaking design.

As a key component for achieving the powerful heat sealing of our bag sealer series, there are the upper and lower heat plates. These heat plates can be considered the most important parts for users, as they influence both the safety of the product and its aesthetic appeal. We have a case where the upper and lower heat plates were significantly changed from the standard 20mm width pitch and 1.5mm horizontal spacing based on customer requests. As an example born from customer needs, we have developed a sealer machine (left attached image) equipped with a new shape of heat plate suitable for products that require cutting a portion of the product bag with scissors or similar tools, which is being sent out as the customer's original sealer. In my personal opinion, among the various product arrangements in the bag sealer series, this heat plate arrangement is the most groundbreaking and holds potential for further expansion depending on the customer's ideas.
