To minimize contamination caused by copper adhesion, as seen in the drying process of semiconductor silicon wafers, it is essential that there are no exposed copper wires in the air passage. Additionally, we can manufacture custom products using nickel wires instead of copper wires. For medical devices and other ultra-small component materials, we offer silver brazing, soldering, and deburring.
