By utilizing the difference in melting points, lead can be recovered as ingots, while iron remains in the furnace. Additionally, paper, wood, and waste plastics that have been incinerated are also completely burned, reducing their volume as ash. By separating the metals for reuse, we can also expect an increase in unit prices when selling them. <Structure of the Gasification Incineration Heat Utilization Device> The gasification incineration heat utilization device consists of two chambers: the "gasification chamber" and the "syngas combustion chamber," and it is a batch-type incinerator for the bulk input of waste. First, waste is loaded into the "gasification chamber," where a portion is ignited. The combustion heat from this ignition dries and thermally decomposes the other waste materials, converting them into combustible gas. This gas is then sent to the "syngas combustion chamber," where it is mixed with air, ignited by a burner, and combusted. Metals that are not combustible are loaded into this syngas combustion chamber.
