We would like to introduce a case study of a certain confectionery company located in Niigata Prefecture that implemented a conveyor cleaning nozzle. At this company, cleaning was performed using a high-pressure water hand spray gun to remove soy sauce stains; however, they were unable to sufficiently eliminate the dirt, and the labor involved in the cleaning process was burdensome.
