We would like to introduce a case study of a certain confectionery company located in Niigata Prefecture that implemented a conveyor cleaning nozzle. At this company, cleaning was performed using a high-pressure water hand spray gun to remove soy sauce stains; however, they were unable to sufficiently eliminate the dirt, and the labor involved in the cleaning process was burdensome. Additionally, due to the high-pressure water, it was necessary to ensure the safety of the workers. Therefore, they adopted a dedicated rotary nozzle unit for conveyor cleaning.
