"JIZAI" is a polypropylene material that can be used with Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) 3D printers. It significantly reduces warping of printed objects caused by thermal changes. We offer both filament and pellet types. [Features] ■ Reduces the unique shrinkage of polypropylene PP is known for its weak adhesion and tendency to warp due to thermal shrinkage, but we have greatly improved this significant issue, allowing for beautiful prints with minimal distortion. ■ Strength, chemical resistance, and insulation equivalent to general-purpose PP materials It has chemical resistance and insulation comparable to conventional general-purpose polypropylene materials, making it safe to use even in environments exposed to chemicals or where strength is required. ■ Supports high-speed printing It can accommodate high-speed printing of up to 500 mm/s. ■ Easy to post-process It can be painted and colored, making it easy to post-process. *For more details, please request a catalog or view the PDF data from the download button below.
