A suggestion for customers using a belt sealer with a printer: Are you taking measures against printing issues?

Proposal for customers who want to implement measures to prevent printing defects (no printing) with the belt sealer equipped with a printer that they are currently using. In the past, I have seen several cases where, despite significant investments in expensive equipment to prevent printing-related defects, 'no printing' still occurred. In fact, it must have cost a considerable amount to install a camera for printing inspection, leading customers to believe, 'Now I can be assured.' However, even such expensive printing inspection cameras have blind spots. If there is a malfunction in the sensor that activates the camera, it can naturally lead to malfunctions in the camera itself, resulting in 'no printing' cases. From the feedback of such customers, we have developed a touch panel printing presence/absence inspection machine after much trial and error. By incorporating this touch panel, we not only prevent 'no printing' but also display the causes of various troubles, allowing immediate identification and resolution of the issues on-site. This is not merely about saving time; it possesses the excellent capability to resolve troubles on-site and take further action.
