In this case, the customer has provided specifications for the cover of the machine tool, and we are creating an overall assembly drawing in 3D CAD. To verify the requests (specifications) of the end user and the ordering company and whether they are actually feasible, we will also draw the machine to some extent in 3D CAD. We will proceed with the design while checking for interference between the machine and the cover, as well as confirming maintenance areas, parts prone to water leakage, and areas where chips tend to accumulate.

Once the design is completed, it will be submitted to the ordering company for approval, after which production drawings will be created using 2D CAD, and production will proceed. After production, painting will be done according to the customer's requested specifications, followed by assembly. Normally, assembly involves simply putting together purchased items like handles, hinges, and windows, but in this case, since it involves several dozen units, and to facilitate installation after delivery to the ordering company, we manufacture a dedicated assembly jig through canning processing and assemble all the covers on top of it. We perform certain adjustments for the automatic doors, check the operation of sliding doors, ensure smooth attachment and detachment of maintenance windows, and adjust safety switches before shipping via charter service. By shipping assembled units, we can significantly reduce the risk of loss or damage to parts, which has been well received by our customers. This project includes production and in-house assembly, but during the initial phase, installation will be carried out at the ordering company's factory to confirm any design, production, or mechanical issues. For the second or third units and beyond, we will ensure that the ordering company can handle the installation themselves.
