This is an engine cover (housing) for a hydraulic pump unit manufactured by Mitsuya.
The customer is an engine manufacturer who was looking for a company capable of producing large-sized enclosures. They contacted us through our website, and after confirming the specifications, we conducted prototype processing. We are now responding to mass production based on several points raised by the customer. Since the product will be used outdoors, we apply a coating to the steel materials to make them resistant to rust, and by using bonderized steel sheets, we further enhance the rust prevention effect. Additionally, because the built-in engine is large, we have designed the enclosure and various components, such as doors, to minimize the engine noise escaping to the outside by lining the interior with glass wool soundproofing material and securing it with stainless steel perforated metal.

Due to the large size of the product, it is required that the components can be stacked during organization in the workspace, which necessitates strength in the housing cover. Therefore, the housing cover is made by assembling components processed from channel steel and angle steel through welding, resulting in a sheet metal fabrication product. End users demand both aesthetics and high quality, and the finishing of the sheet metal products utilizes the experience and technology gained from manufacturing exterior covers for machine tools, achieving a visually appealing finish that does not require putty during painting.
