The Belgian company CHP sometimes uses water to improve the sliding of conveyors, but CHP's system is a lubrication system that does not use water at all. This system installs a unique block from CHP under the slat conveyor and applies lubrication to the conveyor; it is not a spray type. Additionally, this system, patented by CHP, also allows for the application of lubricants to air conveyors, improving their sliding, which reduces downtime caused by clogging, controls the airflow during bottle transport, and decreases the adhesion of debris to filters as well as noise reduction.
