Understand the deformation effects caused by adhesive curing shrinkage when bonding the lens unit!
Our company conducts simulations of the shrinkage phenomenon associated with adhesive curing in the process of bonding lens units to VCM (Voice Coil Motor) carriers, in order to improve the reliability of optical systems and pursue high performance. By using adhesives with different curing speeds and shrinkage rates, we quantitatively analyze the impact of shrinkage on the internal lenses. This allows us to implement specific measures to enhance reliability and suppress lens deformation in the bonding process.
