The Fluoro Surf FG-5095W is an environmentally friendly water-based release agent with excellent release properties. Please try it when conventional release agents do not work.
FloroSurf FG-5095W is a water-based fluorine release agent. It is ideal for VOC countermeasures and does not use any regulated substances such as PFOA, PFOS, or PFHxS. When applied to elastomer molds for resin molding using a brush or spray and allowed to dry at room temperature for about 10 minutes, it reduces the adhesion of the molding resin on the surface, demonstrating excellent release properties. The release component reacts and adheres to the mold surface, providing sustained release effects and enabling continuous release. It is particularly effective in situations where conventional release agents struggle to perform. The coating is at the nanometer level, allowing for accurate reproduction even on complex and precise surface shapes, resulting in less mold contamination and significantly reducing cleaning efforts.
