We also sell improved soil and fluidized treatment soil made from improved soil. The "Odessa System" mixes and stirs inorganic sludge, such as construction sludge, with special solidifying agents to granulate and solidify it in a short time while retaining moisture, allowing for 100% recycling as improved soil for embankments, backfill materials, subgrade materials, and levee materials. Our intermediate treatment facilities are located in Sapporo City and Ishikari City, Hokkaido. Our affiliated intermediate treatment facility is Sendai Odessa Co., Ltd. (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture). The "Odessa System" can also handle on-site sludge treatment (mobile): - On-site sludge treatment eliminates the need for collection and transportation costs. - Its compact and easily movable design significantly reduces transportation and installation costs. - On-site processing allows for the reuse of waste without having to remove it from the site. Odessa Technos Co., Ltd. conducts a comprehensive recycling business focused on the "Odessa System (granulation and solidification)" that recycles sludge while retaining its moisture, thereby reducing environmental impact. Leveraging our technological capabilities developed through sludge treatment technology and years of expertise in sludge recycling, we have developed Japan's first heavy metal contaminated soil purification treatment system using a "wet magnetic separator," aimed at completely purifying arsenic contained in naturally occurring contaminated soil to below the standards set by the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Act. This new system mixes special iron powder and circulating water with air bubbles in the contaminated soil, allowing for the adsorption, washing, and classification of arsenic (heavy metals) onto the special iron powder. After this process, the wet magnetic separator separates and recovers the special iron powder that has adsorbed arsenic (heavy metals), achieving complete purification. The recovered special iron powder can be reused repeatedly, thus reducing treatment costs and environmental impact.
