The finalization of the specifications was refined through a web conference via ZOOM, while listening to the previous operational methods. 【CASE02】 As personal lockers in an office Through our agency, we were adopted as personal lockers in the office of a foreign-affiliated company in Tokyo. The introduction was driven by the intention to "share lockers to save space," addressing the challenge of high rent and the fact that employees do not come to the office every day. We received positive feedback that it contributed to the rationalization of the office, such as facilitating the lending of laptops and the exchange of internal emails.

Customers expressed their satisfaction, stating that the locker enabled smooth document exchanges even when they were unsure of their pickup times. 【CASE04】 For the lending of laptops and IT equipment A common inquiry from major corporate clients is about considering smart lockers for "the exchange and lending of laptops and IT equipment." This case involves a large machinery manufacturer that adopted the lockers at their factory following their headquarters. They purchased two models: one for laptop storage with a viewing window and another compact model for electronic devices.

As a valuables locker for factory employees, there was a need for lockers for the employees working at a semi-finished food ingredient manufacturing factory where many people are employed. To achieve space-saving operation, we responded to the request to manage security by placing only valuables and small items in the locker and to open and close it with an employee ID. We provided 20 units of a 26-master type locker that can be used by 520 people, enabling free location open/close management with IC cards (employee IDs). During the business negotiations, we refined the specifications through several web meetings. As a contracted locker for amusement facilities, we custom-designed and manufactured large door IC card smart lockers with dimensions of approximately 50 cm square, which we delivered. These smart lockers are for luggage storage that customers can use under contract at game centers and amusement facilities. They can be opened and closed keylessly with IC cards such as Felica and MyFare, and this is an example of connecting customer requests to product realization.
