LD-15 is a low VOC sponge made without the use of chemical blowing agents. LD-15 is the lightest grade in the series.
LD-15 is made with a high foaming ratio of about 70 times and is considered equivalent to a standard product with a ratio of 30 times. Water jet processing and die-cutting can also be applied in the same way as standard products. This material is expected to perform well in medical fields that dislike outgassing and in export-related applications.
