Achieving ultra-high efficiency with IE5. Significantly reducing running costs by lowering power consumption. A white paper detailing the technology is currently available.
The lifecycle cost of a motor is composed of 96% energy, making the use of energy-efficient motors the key to achieving energy savings. IE5 can reduce energy losses by up to 40% compared to IE3, contributing to the improvement of the overall energy efficiency of the system. In particular, low-voltage motor drive systems have pumps accounting for 40% of power consumption and fans for 20%, making them applications where energy savings and cost reductions are easily realized. In fact, after introducing our IE5 motor 'SynRM', we achieved an annual reduction of approximately 1.45 million yen in electricity costs and a reduction of about 131 tons of CO2 emissions annually. * Product catalogs and white papers (technical documents) are available for immediate viewing via PDF download. * We will be exhibiting this product at "Techno Frontier 2024."
