The bag-breaking machine (for beverage container collection bags) breaks down mixed beverage container collection bags containing bottles, cans, and PET bottles using a "vertical cone type" that minimizes stress on the contents. It addresses the issues faced by existing bag-breaking machines while considering the safety and maintenance of on-site operators. 【Features】 ■ Improved recovery yield of recyclable materials Due to its low-stress structure that minimizes pressure on the contents, the proportion of recyclable glass bottles increases as they are less likely to break. ■ Enhanced safety in subsequent processes In addition to a structure that reduces the likelihood of glass bottle breakage, it is equipped with a screen that separates fine foreign objects, thereby reducing contamination of foreign materials such as glass shards in subsequent processes.
