【Design and Evaluation Technology】 We have a proven track record in design and evaluation in the 26GHz and 40GHz bands used in 5G. Beyond 5G (6G), frequencies above 100GHz and even higher terahertz waves will be utilized. Using material technology, processing technology, simulation technology, and measurement technology, we provide low-loss devices that meet customer requirements in this frequency range. 【Substrate Materials】 We offer a wide range of materials from low dielectric constant to high dielectric constant. The dielectric loss tangent is also low, with 99.9% alumina being a very low-loss material with values around 10^-5 in the several tens of GHz range. 【Patterning Technology】 We offer a wide range of materials from low dielectric constant to high dielectric constant.
