Our company handles "lost wax products," characterized by a special mold manufacturing method and casting method. In response to supply uncertainties, including recent natural disasters, we will establish stable supply sources not only within Japan but also by partnering with manufacturers in South Korea. Due to the special mold manufacturing method and casting method, molten metal is poured into highly breathable molds heated to approximately 1,000 degrees, improving flow conditions and allowing for a wide range of metal types to be selected. Additionally, the mold structure ranges from simple two-part molds to complex split molds made up of fine components, and no draft angles are required. 【Features】 - Free design is possible for complex internal shapes that are difficult to machine or for those with three-dimensional curves. - Multiple parts that were previously assembled after processing can now be designed and manufactured as an integrated structure. - We can produce items ranging from a few grams to large pieces weighing around 40 kg, depending on the conditions. - Depending on the product shape and weight, we can accommodate orders from a few pieces to tens of thousands per lot. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
