Our company handles "lost wax products," characterized by a unique mold manufacturing method and casting technique. In response to supply uncertainties, including recent natural disasters, we are establishing stable supply sources not only within Japan but also by partnering with manufacturers in South Korea. Due to the unique mold manufacturing method and casting technique, molten metal is poured into highly breathable molds heated to approximately 1,000 degrees, improving flow conditions and allowing for a wide range of metal types to be selected. Additionally, the mold structure varies from simple two-part molds to complex segmented molds made of fine components, and no draft angles are required. **Features** - Free design possibilities for complex internal shapes that are difficult to machine or for three-dimensional curved surfaces. - Ability to design and manufacture integrated structures from multiple parts that were previously assembled after processing. - Capable of producing items ranging from a few grams to large pieces weighing around 40 kg, depending on conditions. - Depending on the product shape and weight, we can accommodate orders from a few pieces to tens of thousands per lot. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.*
