This is a trusted product with over 40 years of proven performance, first introduced to Japan by NJY.
● The stainless ring mounted on the shaft side and the carbon ring pressed by the bellows hose from the stanchion tube create a strong water-tight environment, making it one of the most important parts around the tomo. ● Please be sure to replace it within 2000 hours of use or within 5 years. Also, always check thoroughly for any abnormalities such as water leaks. ● The bellows hose must be filled with water. Always perform "air bleeding" after installation or before operation. For land-based boats, this should be done every time they are launched. (Push the bellows hose towards the propeller side (stern side) to expel a small amount of seawater.) ● The carbon ring integrated into the bellows hose and the stainless ring fixed to the shaft are crimped together to prevent water intrusion. ● The stainless ring contains two O-rings, allowing for a more secure fixation. * Please be sure to replace the shaft seal within 2000 hours of use or within 5 years. * Note: This is a dedicated replacement part only for yachts manufactured by New Japan Yachts.

Our company was established in 1969 and is located in Shirai, Makinohara City, Shizuoka Prefecture, as a domestic yacht manufacturer. Initially, we only manufactured yachts, but we also entered the RV and camper van industry, which shares many similarities with yachts, and began to undertake interior construction for camper vans and special vehicles, as well as selling parts. We handle various custom products centered around FRP-related items, such as FRP sinks, custom products, and shells for mobile sales vehicles. Please feel free to contact us with your requests.
