005【Our Technical Capabilities_001】2024/08/06 This time, we will explain our technical capabilities focusing on the Banquel-type rotary engine [NR series] developed by Nitto Kousakusho Co., Ltd., specifically the rotor housing (hereafter referred to as "housing") and rotor, which have raised our company's profile. ☆ Introduction of Housing and Rotor These components are manufactured through total machining from materials. They cannot be completed in a single process and require several steps to reach the finished product. We consider the machining methods and sequences, and design and produce jigs for the machining. After setting the parts in the machine (jig) and completing the machining, we perform the task of removing them, which can lead to cumulative errors.
