Gene introduction can be performed directly into cells in a suspended state!!
In previous electroporation-based methods, keeping cells in a suspended state was a prerequisite for gene introduction. With the 4D-Nucleofector-Y unit, gene introduction can be performed while keeping adherent cells attached to the plate. It is possible to maintain physiological conditions even after gene introduction in cells derived from solid tissues that are generally cultured in an adherent state (such as endothelial cells, epithelial cells, and neurons). ■Features - Direct gene introduction into cells cultured in a 24-well plate - Nucleofection of cells can be performed at any point during the culture period - Achieves a high survival rate with a maximum introduction efficiency of 70% - Compatible with Clonetics animal primary neurons *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.
