~Successful Case of Denture Polishing Machine Development~ I will talk about the development of a denture polishing machine. The client's request was to polish more than 15 dentures at once, which is more than conventional products, and to significantly reduce the polishing time compared to existing machines. However, the client did not have the know-how for developing dedicated machines or a dedicated department, so all development was entrusted to our company. Leveraging our long-standing know-how in designing and manufacturing jigs and dedicated machines, as well as our machining track record, we devised a unique concept for a dedicated machine. First, we designed and manufactured a test machine and confirmed the polishing quality using several dentures. After that, we designed and manufactured the completed machine, as shown in the photo, and delivered it to the client. As a result, we confirmed that we could polish nearly double the number of dentures in a shorter time than the conventional machine.
