The CALGAVIN-produced "hiTRAN" is a heat transfer enhancement element designed to improve the performance of heat exchangers, particularly intended for use in tubular heat exchangers. By inserting hiTRAN into the tube, turbulence is generated within the tube, significantly improving heat transfer efficiency.
