For precision component trays and conductive trays, please consult Matsuba Giken Kogyo.
Precision component trays are required to have various functions. These include product protection, product stabilization, strength for the product, functionality of the product, cushioning material during transport, cost, orientation of molded products, and efficiency in repacking. We conduct needs assessments based on applications and make proposals, presenting prototypes. In the case of special precision component trays, we respond by designing molds using reverse molds for vacuum forming to enhance functional strength and precision. In such cases, the molded products may be used with the surface facing inward. For trays compatible with automatic robots, we create tray shapes that secure the components in place according to the shape of the precision parts, while also preventing any scratches on the terminals by incorporating features that prevent stacking.

basic information
■ Undercut Tray This tray is formed using a reverse tipper mold through vacuum forming, designed so that the convex parts fit into the concave areas, creating a shape that locks in place through engagement, also known as a W pack. A knockout device is necessary when performing vacuum forming. ■ Portion Pack Tray This tray is created through straight vacuum forming, with perforations made in the Thomson blade during the cutting process, allowing for individual pieces to be separated and used. It features the characteristic of preventing products from becoming scattered by allowing only the required portions to be detached. ■ Component Divider Tray We produce a variety of "special-shaped trays" ranging from mass-shaped trays to custom trays tailored to the shape of the products, including base trays, electronic component trays, LCD trays, OA equipment trays, medical device trays, communication equipment trays, AV equipment trays, and industrial product trays. The component divider tray protects products from scratches and damage. For robot-compatible trays, grid patterns, pitch, and dimensional accuracy are required. Our company uses an automatic puncher to process each piece individually and facilitate automatic accumulation.

Company information
There are various molding methods for plastic molding processing, but our company's vacuum forming (vacuum molding) has lower mold costs compared to other molding methods and allows for small lots of a wide variety of products. This enables us to mass-produce plastic containers at a low cost within a quasi-cleanroom factory. Additionally, due to its high versatility, plastic containers such as conductive trays, frozen food containers, cosmetic trays, blister packs, barrier trays, clear cases, and biodegradable plastics are used in various fields.
