Cam and gear software
This is software that supports the design and manufacturing of backlashless orthogonal axis reduction gears. It allows for the relief of one side of the drum-shaped worm lead groove, applying preload to the cam follower to achieve backlashless operation. The design can specify the twisting direction of the drum-shaped worm. It generates NC text data for the coordinates (X-Z-A-B) needed to process the drum-shaped worm. The A and B axes are rotational coordinates. It can create DXF files for the drum-shaped worm diagram, spider diagram, and assembly diagram. Additionally, it can produce DXF files for the worm body and three-dimensional lead groove to create solid models in 3D CAD.
